I’m glad for you. We will have to do the same. Ugh!
This was a long delayed repair (those shingles were about 60 plus years old, we can’t quite remember). We had known about it for awhile, icicles and suspicious shading in all the wrong spots…. The roof failed quite completely while some guests were here: a determined stream of water in a bedroom. Thankfully, that was the last old section of roof, now the oldest is pushing twenty-five!
